I am a farm raised woman, whom was drawn to Yankton with my career several years ago. Growing up, hard work Ethic, and strong moral character was engraved to all young women. In school, I was active and almost all sports or any social groups that were offered. I will was in basketball, track and field, cross country, cheer/dance, 4-H, and not to forget my time instructing as a Water Safety Instructor/Swim teacher. Family and friends ships during these activities taught me the meaning of unity through the years.
Through the years cardio and strength training was always a part of my life. Also, the importance of family and friendships continues onto my journey at college. During college, I found various clubs groups and organize a shins to be a part of. One of the most important groups I found, was my sorority. This group of women who helped develop me into an unstoppable, courageous, and independent Woman with integrity and philanthropic service to others. Having share the same philosophy as these women, and help me to empower others as well as myself and I understand how important it is to always encourage one another. During all of my activities throughout college I always attempted to make time for the gym and personal growth. And during this experience, I was privileged to have a opportunity to meet truly inspiring and solid role models at boxing club/league. I was able to be a member of US boxing Association and continue to be educated in discipline and broaden my fitness experiences.
I continued on to my career path, Wherever also been able to meet many warriors from different paths of life. I continued to dabble in and out of the gym, boxing, and fitness world, as my two most prized and beautiful possessions in the world (my babies) became my world. They ARE my world. ‘Momming’ Is by far the best blessing and job I have ever held, and I will never take it for granted.
