Setting goals seems to be something that is common sense right? I mean we all want to become better humans than we are currently right? So its almost human nature that we have goals or dreams that we think about in our head right.... ?? Well check out this statistic

I found it crazy that 83% of people do not have goals...... does that mean you are just living to be comfortable and you never want to become better....... What has this world come to. This entry is to speak about the correct way to make sure that you are successful when creating your goals. The biggest thing is to WRITE THEM DOWN!!!!!!! I daily tell myself different goals but never really put them into action which means I will most likely not achieve that goal. Below are some sure ways of achieving your goals! create SMART goals
One of the biggest issues I see with clients whether they are young or old is setting VAGUE goals. Here is an all time example I'm sure you have made or heard someone make My goal is to lose weight- This is a great goal.... however it is NOT a SMART goal. Lets make this a SMART goal. S(pecific)- I want to lose 5 lbs M(easurable)- This is measurable because I can use the scale to be able to see if I have lost the weight A(ttainable)- Yes I believe this is attainable because I am doing it over a long enough period of time and 5 lbs can def. be achievable in a HEALTHY manner R(elevent)- This ios important to me because I want to be in a healthy BMI range for my age and gender T(ime) based- I would like to achieve this goal in 6 weeks In 6 weeks I will lose 5 lbs this is important to me so I can make sure I am at a healthy BMI for my age and gender in order to have more energy to run around with my children. So when you are creating goals make sure that you have it WRITTEN down and it is a SMART goal!!!!
