This 60 Minute aerobic workout will increase your heart rate and make you sweat.

What to expect at class:
- 5 min warm up
- bag circuits which last 1 min 30 seconds followed by a 30 second rest.
- You will be working on a bag with a partners which allows both partners to challenge and encourage one another to continue to work to their highest potential
- 10 min cool down
