My name is Rebecca Hebda I am a Yankton native who lives in Vermillion, but am still home often to see my amazing family
I have always been an active person beginning my fitness journey and dance career at the Academy of Dance in Yankton, SD. I danced for many years, and then began teaching classes for 5678! Dance Studio in McCook Lake, SD. While working to find the best training programs for my dancers I began following the fitness trend of barre class. Being a dancer myself I was not totally in love with the first class that I went to. I then made it my mission to evolve a barre class that incorporated the use of pilates and the discipline of dance for all audience types. Meaning....... I want everyone to feel comfortable attending my class, I want them to leave the room feeling like they really worked hard, and most of all I want all of my clients to enjoy the time that they are there! I have loved being a barre instructor and finding the ways it can help to tone, shape, and stabilize the body. I hope to see you at the barre!
