Barre: Full body low impact workout. The class combines the core and center work of pilates with ballet inspired moves. This class will help you to lean, tighten, and tone! This class uses small, controlled movements, isometric holds, and high repetitions to help tone the entire body. Barre is a class for all fitness levels allowing for simple modifications while keeping the whole body working.

Kickboxing combines martial art techniques with fast paced cardio. For this class you will need hand wraps and gloves as you will be punching a heavy bag. When on the bag you will be using punch and kick combinations that help improve coordination, endurance, and cardiovascular conditioning. Off the bag you will either be using light weights in shadowboxing to help tone, build muscle memory and work on form or you will be doing conditioning exercises incorporating upper body, lower body and core movements. Kickboxing is not only a physical exercise it also works your mind it forces you to concentrate on your movements. This fun workout doubles as a great stress reliever.

Lift and Move: Strength, core, and cardio. YOU GET IT ALL. Backed by science this circuit style class was designed using tempo training, progressive overload and heart rate monitoring. Every 6-8 weeks the tempo of the movements change in order to keep you from plateauing! Each class incorporates the 7 foundational movement patterns and all planes of motion to ensure you get a full body workout. During class you will have the opportunity to use dumbbells, TRX straps, and battle ropes. This class can be modified or progressed for anyone regardless of where you are in your fitness journey.

Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. Designed for all fitness levels, POUND® provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out! The workout is easily modifiable and the alternative vibe and welcoming philosophy.

Ride from the prairie flats to the rolling hills in this journey that will provide you with optimum fat burning and strength building work. Power through mixed intervals to music that will inspire you to dig deep. The ride will push you to your personal goals as well as help you gain endurance. This class is for beginners as well as seasoned cyclists!

YIN Yoga : Yin is a style of yoga that encompasses long held, static stretches of the deep connective tissues allowing them to be remolded. This type of yoga stimulates ligaments, bones and joints of the body that are not normally reached in more active styles of yoga practice. Particular areas targeted include the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. The main intention of Yin yoga is maintaining or improving the current state of health to optimal levels.

Join us in the early mornings for a quick, intense cardio interval workout. We alternate between bursts of intense cardio exercise and brief periods rest to improve cardio vascular fitness. You will burn more fat and calories in the hours after this interval workout than you will with steady state cardio and boost your endurance and overall health with these time efficient workouts.

TRX & ropes
Trx is based on 7 functional movements using your own body and the suspension trainer to increase your strength, flexibility, balance, and core. This class is a 45 minute circuit style class using the suspension trainer and battle ropes.

Vinyasa : Slow Flow Vinyasa is a series of postures that moves fluidly through sequences with a strong focus on the body/breath connection. Vinyasa tends to have a greater focus on alignment when compared to the Astanga or power yoga styles. Slow Flow Vinyasa is structured similarly to a Vinyasa class in that it includes sun salutations and flowing from one posture to the next, but we drop the tempo a little bit. Postures might be held a little longer and you will move more mindfully from one pose to the next. Just because “slow” is in the title, do not think that means easy! Slow flow can be as challenging as traditional vinyasa or power yoga styles, just in a different way.
Friday 1030-1130 HYBRID with intelligent cycle

Cycle circuit This class works to prepare you for functional outdoor cycling with a perfect blench of core and strength. After completing 2 miles on the bike you the proceed to 3 minutes of strength work which includes compound and core movements. This rotation continues for a total of 6 rounds which completes 12 miles

Kettlebells and Battle Ropes This class works cardio and muscular endurance through its high paced intervals. Using all planes of motion and the 7 foundation movement patterns this class incorporates dumbbells, Kettlebells, and battle ropes. You will for sure be sweating. You will complete 4 circuits each totaling ln 9 minutes
